Non-English posts are now punishable

I'm becoming very agitated by this issue.

 

Warning points for a non-English post is now '2'. This many points will give the user a 12-hour ban and restricted posting for 5 days. Offending users can expect their issue posts to be removed without inspection.

whoa bro, please also consider that some people are just registering without even care to read the rules. and some even don't bother it because they don't speak english at all.

it's not that i defend them bro, i never speak any other language than english here. i'm just talking in the behalf of those members who don't speak english, even a bit.
