Since your are not able to create a logcat your system seems not working as expected. Check your ROM and especially your ROOT if all works and make sure GG has root access. Otherwise ask your rom builder what is wrong. It is important to deliver a full logcat (not only ~20bytes) to see what is going on as no one is able to foresee your setup. Dont forget that logcat needs root access to.1 point
