I don't think so. U will not get ban if u don't play Blackbridge Rivals. U will be safe i think.

2.9.1 killed all the exclusive hack and the car hacks. Doesn't seem to work for me. Can someone else confirm?

Yeah i think they patched the hack. I only tried gold hack and it doesn't work. So i think other also don't work. Tuner Trials, Crates and Unlimited Nitro still work.
