ffmpeg.exe -guess_layout_max 0 -acodec libvo_aacenc -an -y -vcodec libx264 -pix_fmt yuv420p -vf "scale=trunc(iw/4)*2:trunc(ih/4)*2" -movflags +faststart -f mp4 -r 30

No audio, half size (720p -> 360p) and good codec.

The only observation: you could not do a search after the values were rolled back. The desired value is the first in the list. You just did not scroll to it.
