@NoFear On mobile very hard reencode video. Especially big video. So you need search online services.

@NoFear Try sendvid.com Or if you have PC you can use ffmpeg. for example I use: ffmpeg.exe -guess_layout_max 0 -i "%~1" -acodec libvo_aacenc -y -vcodec libx264 -pix_fmt yuv420p -movflags +faststart -f mp4 "%~dpnx1.mp4" in .bat file. Drag video to this .bat file and it will be compressed.
