On download page select needed version in change log and download link appear. May be something going wrong with speedhack. Try use different green timers in gg settings.

May be you change only visual value. Try fuzzy search to find real value. And before exit you must earn or spent value in game for changes in game applied to all internal data in game.

I do not work with this game but on russian forum have instruction for older version: http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=613739&view=findpost&p=48076706 May be it can work with new version - I do not know.
