I have no idea about it being possible through scripting. Perhaps. But in the search bar you can't have both. UTF-8 is only UTF-8. That's why i suggest you to search in byte instead of string. Because then you can do a group search mixing byte, word, dword, float, double and qword...but with string search you can only search for strings. So what you can try to do is search the string. Then gameguardian will show you the results. if you see the string twice copy the first 11 results and then you have your bytes. And then search for nearby values that do not change and copy them as a group search. But i believe your main question answered. You can't do group search in UTF-8 or any other kind of string encoding using the gameguardian search bar.

Good tutorial. Advising you to post it in the video tutorial section next time. Aside from that i think the group search is ok but you could perhaps have it more accurate. I believe how less irrelevant results how less chance on unintended effects after freezing values and overall a more clean way of using GG when it comes to the simple search and edit(personal opinion). I just tried it on a other gun but it wouldn't work. So it's specifically for that gun. I did same as you but then for a handgun got some other values. So since the values where you came up with the group search will be different for each gun it could perhaps be better to make tutorial about how you found the group search of a gun. Then one can applies the same approach to every other gun (just a suggestion).

If you have nova launcher, you have an option to hide unwanted apps. I'm not sure about other launchers. Nova Settings > App and Widget Drawers > Drawer Groups > Hide Apps

Is your recoil value static? I tried the group search (0.5E;2.0E;0.5E;1.0E::73) from your script. Do i need to search and edit in match or can already do in lobby?

It's down to 5 values. A group search give 30k+ values Those 5 values work for the initial hack but then don't work for subsequent hacks. Even if I freeze the 30k values it doesn't work. Wtf @WhoKnowsWho

No. If you want it to search in the reverse order you'd need to type in 0D;2D::5 because it searches in THE ORDER you type it in Also that 1 doesn't make sense as that group range is only used for byte searches

I meant multi search not group search, running 4 different gg worked it is not much user friendly but it works, thanks for the method maybe we may see this feature in the future versions, have a nice day

@CmP answered well but notice that searching simply 17 can lead you to thousands of results and editing all those can make the crash, learn about group search to make your search more accurate

I speak of the GG memory editor list .. Well, it's complicated, but with the group search you can decrease the results. • For example: in a game you go to the store and you want buy '100' of gold for '10' gems, then no you would do a single search of '10' that would give you more than 10k of results, would a group search for '100:10:' (the method is not 100% sure that the value you are looking for is among the results you get) . • Also can select only one range of memory for diminish to a large extent results.

Why not instead of doing an ordered group search, you just do a group search for the quantity of parts you have with a small range to find them, then trial and error until you get it right? It has nothing to do with being smart, just common ***** sense. If you want to be a hacker, open your eyes, and your mind. What if his saved file loaded an .so file containing a Trojan to own your device? You wouldn't know s*** unless you looked, so start actually "trying"

Usually dumped data divided to 4096 because dumped by memory pages which 4096 bytes size. data:byte() is shortcut for string.byte. Obviously string.long not exists. Read lua reference about string.byte. you need build qword or dword yourself from bytes. Maybe it be slower rather than byte - IDK. you need test it if speed of byte solution not suit you.

OMG... For the size thing I am lost... I don't get the logic : (3 - 1)*4 + 1 = 9 If you search for 3 dword values, it's stored on 3*4 bytes, correct ? so 12 bytes length. no ? how can you search in the range of 9 for a total length of 12 ? Or it take away the length of the first value ? still it's not 9 so...
