As step 2, let's assume you took damage and your HP value became 4.37m. In step 3, we will use filtering, type your remaining HP value, for example 4360000~4380000 then there will be 1 value left, change it to 999999 and open freeze, your hp will remain constant.

If you are using an a app cloner, remove *random name* app and add GameGuardian, not random. Open, close app repeatedly until you see what you have seen on the Lnzxohud. If that doesn't work, it is a GameGuardian's error, not yours.
