Yeah, it's working, you can do inbox item swap.

It 's for the inventory only. The inbox item ID swap works as known till now.

Yeah , I did the same, here's the new method 

Refine the item you want to swap , eg logs

Then go-to it and copy the address.

Now , save the address two blocks above from the highlighted one , this one is the item you want to swap with logs placed , for me it's trousers which are placed right of the log.

Search for the copied address and select the 2nd address from highlighted and save it , this is the wood's address .

Now , search for the Id you saved at the beginning and go-to it , select the address two above it , go-to it's pointer now select the address two below it and go-to it's pointer , this is the Id you want to swap for me it's trousers.

Copy the address and of the item and replace it with the Wood's id . It's done now just Split the items.

Proof that it saves.
