Unable to start

Hy, sorry for my bad english, i have problems with your apps from like 3 mounths, when i start GG it tell me that i need to do something in Start amministration.. I tryed to tap "correct" in GG and reboot the device but it don't work.. This is a a italian screenshot and a logcat... I hope you can help me.. Thanks

Logcat is empty. Need not empty logcat. Usual this file with thousand lines.

bro, is your phone ROOTED? @supercarra96if yes, make sure you allow GG to access Root

This message not connected with root. It can appear only on bad firmwares with disabled Instrumentation.

We once have same issue on this forum. Now we detect it.

 

May be in future we can bypass this issue. We have this in tasks.

Tried opening the app. Then tried doing it again without clearing from app list. then finally cleared from app list, opened gg again and pressed the fix it button. 

 

Same result in all 3 cases. If the alogcat app is producing incorrect logcats, i can compare this with an adb logcat after I get home.

Read my guide how to collect logcat. It must be file. And aLogcat bad app for this. Use aLogrec or other tool.
