I think because you have to download the App from Playstore first and then extract obb because obb saves ingame data that isnt on server. There was once this game on pc i played that saved Hitboxes as simple txt file.

I'm like 99% sure obb files never contain save data. 

Some mods can have a modded obb file. Obb is local files, but not saves.

Was just a hypothesis idk how this game acts but if only a obb is given something must be in that obb file that can be moddable

Modded apk most likely won't be able to download obb from server. 

So you'll have to install playstore version and download obb and save obb yourself. 

You download manually. 

Sometimes games will have different apk/obb depending on your device (Mali, Adreno, Tegra, PowerVR). 

So this apk could be for specific device and that obb matches it.

Guys guys...i think i wrote (UNDER BUILD) There... :/

they were testing the mod so wont get banned...and obb is there cuz you might have problem downloading data with the modded APK...

Yes...Obb doesnt store hacked data...its all APK...now enjoy

Right...I put obb there cuz there maybe problems downloding data from the modded apk...

This Data is for all platforms...works for all mali, adreno,powervr and tegra...and maybe others.

What do you think can he do with a imaginary modded apk from crisis 1.92? and a useless obb file?

 

Its nice that you try to help, but this is complete useless.

 

There is no mod for 1.92 because something is synced with server

 

But you can use gameguardian for hacking that game.
