This data can be used for create custom patch for LuckyPatcher. In GG it is change code on the fly in memory. Same can be doned in file on storage with same effect but in persistent way. Or create mod with this changes. It can work without root. In CCTAN all values very good cifered and can not be founded or changed. Fuzzy search can find it, but this can not allow change because data stored in many variables with consistency check. But edit code is pretty simple for this.
