Antivirus

I ran the antivirus scan when i downloaded Game Guardian and it showed me that it's a threat (malware), so because of that I'm asking if Game Guardian is safe to use and won't dig up my information from my phone...

From the window that you pressed the button in to download Game Guardian.

In general, most antiviruses, for a fee, will mark the application you need as a virus. This is their business.
This is the reason why GameGuardian is detected as a virus."
