Problems starting up

Hi, first of all sorry for my bad English, I use a translator, then my problem. I installed GameGuardian, Parallel Space and Parallel Space Support as per instructions. But when I click on start, a window appears, which I am attaching, with the message unable to start the service. Anyone can advise me how to solve? Thank you

Liver1500 the icon does not appear and when I click on start in gameguardian it returns me to parallel space

You need to give a permission to parallel space in order to enable floating icon.

In my mi phone, i have to enable 'display over other apps'.

I checked and "display over other apps" is enabled.
