    Hi, I hope I am not wrong, I was wondering if anyone could explain to me or give me a video link, for how to raise the disaster level for SimCity. I have a ban city and both my friends and the opponents we meet have everything at level 20, for me it would be enough to have 3 or 4 disasters at 20. Can you help me? Thanks
