Is it true you cannot possible reach the last map (area 9999) if using mod or GG? I'm already at rank 80, 95% peace and had collected the items (animal, fish, bug and art) but didn't get the announcement of new area

check with GG as shown below.

see that [x64] that indicate your game is 64bit.

if none then its 32bit.
