Use this to search : 

flag id;0;0~1;0~~0;item id::17

 

For easily searching TH1 after login uaw this:

0;23;your current lv TH;99::13

Is there a method to keep the itemine permanent, and it never comes back out of the game

All item will back to 0 whenever you close the game, if you want to easy way to hack item just build item/restaurant shop so you can buy item with copper coin, by doing that you can hack the quantity everytime you log in into game

 

For hacking town resources, try to look for the id of your current TH... use 0;23;your current lv TH;99::13 

When you find your TH just scroll up until you find  first id with 40 and then the next number is the current quantity of your resources

Dont use that range to search flag id, search it manually by changing the quantity of skill/equipment until you find right value, someone from previous page already make that tutorial
