Hex editing isn't as easy as memory editing. I'd suggest you not to do it because it has a almost 50/50 Chance of Corrupting your Save if you do something Stupid. Let NoFear first find a way

Maybe, maybe not. If i'm Home or atleast have a WiFi connection i can download the Game and see for myself.

Yeah but the fact that he cares so much about cheating in a offline game is mindblowing.

Game isn't truely offline. Requires an account to be made. That is instantly an online game.
