I dont know why,  i cant open new topic in video tutorials ,please help   sorry for posting here ,,off-topic also dont work for me.

I think you already hit rate-limit. New account tends to have limitation. It is looks like that you're already creating 3 topics on "Video Tutorials":

• Transport Manager Tycoon, Banknotes HACK
• Drift Max Pro Car Racing,Gold HACK
• Zombie Hunter: Unlock Event Weapons & Drones

I can confirm that I can access topic creation on the section. So, i think it is working fine.

You need to slowdown. I do think that your limit is 3 topics per week. You create it at July 3, so tomorrow you can probably post again.

To remove limit you need to level up your ranks. You can go to your Game Guardian Profile -> Recent Badges.
