This is happens alot in the past and most of them are using Samsung devices. There's several reasons to this:

  • - Samsung Firmware is kinda strict, with some in-built System Security: Samsung Knox. When Game Guardian accessing apps memory, there's something that forbids you and making the device to reboots.
  • - Newer Android version (11, 12, 13) are also stricts from the barebone, it forbids another app to access root namespace and some rules to app processes. This affect a lot of apps including Game Guardian, Termux, and Virtual Apps.

You can try to fix this by turning on Permissive SELinux through Termux :

su
setenforce 0

Then inside Game Guardian -> "Fix It" button -> "Switch to work with SeLinux and restart the app"

If Game Guardian works in the past, try to downgrade Game Guardian. Preferably, also downgrade your Android OS to atleast Android 10. There's many topic related to this:
