Moving download files to data files on Samsung tab A7

Help please. I have a new Samsung tab A7. How do I move files from the android download file to tropic escape data file?  When I try to move them it will only show the media file to move to and not the data files. Thanks!  Your help is appreciated!

Maybe try a different file manager. I had a similar issue with my S10+. I downloaded this from the Play Store:

and it gives me access to lots more stuff than the stock file manager that was on the phone already. If that one doesn't work for you then try some others.
