Search regions set to all? This is an issue we are aware of, and are waiting on support to fix. For now, download Firefox, and "request desktop site", to download files.

Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of GameGuardian. -

Make sure you have enabled Usage Access for GameGuardian, under: System Settings -> Security -> Usage Access.

Sounds like you are not on the latest version of GG. Please use 6.1.0.

And you are using the same exact APK, or you downloaded from the site on each device? Just for kicks, download the attachment, and see if that installs
