Alternative Speedhack mode - speed-up rendering only

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I would like to request an alternative speedhack mode, which is similar to what this tool use: http://www.huluxia.com/.

In short, instead of speed-up time globally, speed-up rendering only.

I am not clear how huluxia implements it, but what it does appears to force games to render at a much faster pace.

(The speed-up is not consistent, probably due to bottleneck in cpu or gpu load)

The current speedhack is fine, but I would appreciated the alternative mode to supplement it.

The purpose is to boost local rendering as much as possible, while not to affect timed events that is controlled by server-side.

App - timers used by application libs.

System - timers used by system libs.

Other - all others timers.

I tried but cannot get it to archieve what I want:
App timer controls both the rendering and the timed events (which I want not to accelerate).

Then it can not be separated.

But the other tool that I mentioned did manage to separate it.
