Steps:

1. Open both Amazing Alex, and GameGuardian.
   
2. Beat a level or two. Then, return to the chapter selection menu.
   
3. Search your amount of total stars (bottom right hand corner of the screen).
   
4. Play another level, earning more stars.
   
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until you get 4-5 results.
   
6. Change them all to whatever you want.
   
7. Play another level to lock in the star value.

This cheat will unlock the locked chapters.
