Want to ask about VIP payment

Hello guys,

I just wanna ask, is it normal that the payment to access VIP section take a long time. Because it is still stated that my payment is under review in the client area tab. My google wallet account has confirmed and completed my order but GG still not. Is it normal? im a bit worried. Please help  :(

Hi,

Yes, this is completely normal. We have to manually validate all payments. Meaning if you purchased it late in the night, it won't get validated till I'm able to get to it.
