Okay So I Looked Into It Today, I Found Out That You Can Not Transfer Saves Device To Device In The New HD Version, The Only Other Way You Could Do This Is With Freedom Or You Could Try Hex Editing Sorry But I Did Try

Sorry That It dose Not Work The last option Is Freedom Then You Can find It In The Download Section Under Apps & Sadly You Do Need To Be Rooted
