Search for 2 separate DWORD values that are x distance

Hello all, is there a way to effectively search for 2 DWORDs that are x amount of distance from each other? Let's say there are 2,000 results for the value 600 DWORD, but I want to find the one value where the value three below it is 1 DWORD. Or, I want DWORD 14,000 which is immediatelt followed by DWORD 17. Is there a way to do this? (And to potentially script it as well) any help would be greatly appreciated

You, sir, are amazing. I might still be a little noobish, but can you explain a little bit? I know ; is used to search for multiple integers, but what does ~~ and :: do?
