Make a mod apk of game with help of gameguardian

Hello, I have a game and i know the values which when changed can be used for radar hack, is there any way i can change those values in apk file (like basically make a mod apk) so that radar hack is permanent 

Or alternate way of asking is that how do i detect which game file in apk contains information regarding map(radar)

It doesn’t work like that. It is extremely rare that something in the apk corresponds to what is in memory. Only if you change the code.
