c++ alloc and ppsspp help pls

any1 know why c++ alloc and ppsspp just show 0.00b? does that can be fixed?
im trying to cheat on my cafe game. i watch much video on yutub about how to hack this game, that need to choose ca++ alloc in the first step ;(

Because they are empty. On your firmware, C alloc memory is most likely in Anonymous regions.

is there any way to make it not empty? i watch 3 video, using same apk ver and same gg ver but only me that cant see c++ alloc memory
