why color and wallhacks are not working

You may be using an outdated script that does not use the Video memory region.

What is the solution, what memory range should I select so it works fine .

Video. But most likely, the script itself establishes the necessary regions of memory, so you need to update the script.

gg.setRanges(gg.REGION_video) 

is this correct way to set video memory region in scripts?

Case is important. usually you need not only video region. But in general - something like that.
