What are the limitations of GG exactly (or any other memory editor)

Hi. I was wondering if there are any scenarios where a value could just be impossible to find with GG. I mean, it has a complete access to the RAM, so I think it should be infaillible... Am i wrong ?

This is a cat and mouse game. They hide you looking. In general terms, you can find any value. In real cases, finding something can be extremely difficult.
