How to change the value without making change on the item itself

So I have this ultra rare item that after hours of game play yet I only obtain 1 of it.
How to change the value of that item to 9999 without spending it? since I don't know when will I get the next amount to do a couple of refines in GG

For example : if you already have items A B C D and E, you could do a group search for these quantity (A;B;C;D;E:40 in Dword for example) and perhaps you can found a "1" when browsing the memory you found "(go to" button when you edit a value).

This is how I search value for a lot of "idle" games when you can unlock things in a specific frozen order, values are just stored in the same order in memory.

What game? Usually collecting as much info of everything OTHER than that 1 item can help you to find it or add that item manually with gg.
