No, i think it's see our mac address, maybe imei or device id. So if we got banned our phone, guest will not work anymore. (Okey maybe Xposed modules to change those IDs, but can cause trouble if that's our daily device)

I just checked the /data/data folder of tencent and yes they do have your IMEI.

Not really. Ive created a new account and I didnt get ban. As long as you dont use a script it wont ban an account

How did you make a new account I deleted the game and re downloaded and it won't let me login

Just create a new fb account. The game is asking for an fb account in the beginning, before getting to the lobby. 

Just create a new fb account. And youll have a fresh PUBGmobile account
