Not Official but yes.

 

There is iGameGuardian on a lot of Cydia Repos, gotta look for them.

 

But to have Cydia you need to Jailbreak.

 

Alternatives are GameGem and GamePlayer but they are not as feature-rich as iGG

GameGuardian only for Android. Exists similar app named iGameGuardian.
