Skullboyq
I 100% rely on Virustotal to be honest
Administrators Enyby Posted October 14, 2016 Administrators Share Posted October 14, 2016 Virustotal use too many antiviruses. Some of them too low quality. Need filter any result from it. We have issues with Bkav and Antiy-AVL. Last from it can be easy compromised. Examples: own apk or skype

MrNob0dy
I trust only endpoint AV like Mbam.
Administrators Enyby Posted October 14, 2016 Administrators Share Posted October 14, 2016 Endpoint computing power is very low. Especially on embedded system like Android. It can not get good results. Suspicious files can not be sandboxed and tested and so on. My opinion - Antivirus on Android is useless. If user have brain then av useless. If user do not have brain nothing can protect him.
MrNob0dy
Oh yes ofcourse i was talking about pc version of the av's, but yes av on android is useless, it just lost use of ram whithout reason.
