Automatic Refresh Rate Option

Was wondering if you could put an option in our settings to choose the duration of the automatic refresh rate.. (30seconds,1min,2min,5min,10min,15min,30min,1hour)

I don't think it's possible. There are browser add-ons though. However, I will look into it.
