4. once you level up enter your level and you should be level two
   
5. repeat the step until you reach level four
   
6. GG should be able to find your level and you can max out to level 99
   
7. for cash just gain some money
   
8. clear the area first so that you don't die enter new number of gold you have and you can max it to 9999999
