Getting VIP

I have a paypal account which can gift money, however I've no credit card, how do I purchase VIP?

You Should Allow At Least 24 Hours For The PayPal Transaction To Clear If After 24 Hours It Has Not Being Enabled Then Contact An Admin, Hope It Helped

Not sure if you have even read my post...

But I'm saying I'm trying to get VIP using PayPal, I have sufficient funds in my account but I've no credit card inked, so I'm unable to purchase. I'm asking if there is any other alternative ways haha. Not really much of when it'll be activated.

Is there anyone who can help me with VIP because I can't buy without credit card . I can send the VIP payment via PayPal as gift though!
