Install & open 

Connect phone 

Make sure pc reads phone 

Click ur phone (circled) 

It will just say samsung 

Now press old method (circled)follow prompts 

U will need to go to keypad 

Dial - *#0*#

If nothing continue 

Press 2 method (circled)

If nothing 

Press June 2023

(That's the method that

unlocked my S20fe5g UW

Version 13)

After frp unlock is done 

Press RESET FRP 

Done u can now reset ur

password as u please .

I received phone for Xmas 

Password wouldn't work 

I reset phone but email

wasn't working to allow

proper reset .
