Value is set at a limit

So basically whenever I try to change the value of this address, it can’t exceed 30

Even when I froze it, it always stays at 30. How do I bypass this?

I'm honestly confused. Is the value can't be written over 30 and only works for anything below 30? (did you try with 29?) | OR | The address is simply cannot be changed / always reverted?

The value can’t be written over 30 yes, anything below 30 works just fine

Anything above 30 and the address always revert itself back to 30
