F1VM, Android 13 and Game Guardian

Hoo boy. I've done plenty of research, followed a ridiculous number of 'tutorials' and I'm getting nowhere.

I have a Samsung S22 Ultra on Android 13. What I'm trying to do, is use F1VM and Game Guardian, to modify a game.
I'm not rooted.

It seems to get to /bootanimation and then it get's stuck repeatedly trying to do it.
The initial counter saying it'll take 2-5mins can go on forever.

I've even tried using the following guide (& ones on YouTube for Android 13);

Still having the same issue.

Anyone know how to help/fix it?
