How do I use Unrandomizer?

I've been searching the whole web and I still don't have any idea how to use the Unrandomizer.

it dose exactly what the name implies it tries to unrandomize random values like maybe a drop value from a enemy in game

i think its a pretty um, 'fragile' feature or somethin like that. Ive had it work on a few games, but I dont really mess with it a whole lot. I think if a green color shows up it means there's a possibilty of it working, but not sure if it can still work if no green shows up.
