Icon SW doesn't appear

I downloaded the new GG 73.2, and bluestacks 4. When i install, all ok, work, but only appear 1 icon, (HW) icon after the instalation finish. If i install in MEMU, appear the  2 icons, HW and SW icon. what happen in bluestacks?

I already changed in configuration of game guardian to show BOTH...but, nothing changed...Only appear a icon called GAME-3, that is the HW icon.

Use normal launcher like Nova.

I need to install it? I used the default launcher Bluestacks.

For use any app you must first install it. Do not ask such obvious things.
