 There are 2 types of seasonal exclusive buildings:

1) You get them for free after reaching certain tier in Contest of Mayor. Current season is in Entertainment category. There has been no repeat. Once you miss the season, they are gone for good.

2) Holiday special, for example, for Valentine, you can get some buildings from the spinning game event. It costs simcash to play for a chance of winning. It's like playing loterry. Therefore, there is no fixed price.

@Arris Did you hack the simcash, gold, .... with a new account before linking it with a Facebook/Google Play or hack existing account while in offline mode?

I'm trying to find a way to hack my existing account without getting banned

You better use a dummy account to do some practice. My main account already banned.

Search epic coins of the building you want to unlock along with 65540.

So if building has 4 epic coins, 4;65540::5

Now search 4.

Save results.

Change address by 40 hex.

Find any values that look like a pointer (9 or 10 digit value and edit them to 0).

Enjoy the unlocked building.

 

I'm working on seeing if I can bring back any building.

40 is offset.

65540 I haven't figured out that id value yet. 

So if you go 40 offset from the epic points you'll be at location for unlock requirements. This is a pointer that points to type of unlock needed. Edit to 0 says their is no requirement.

 

I'm hoping you are asking for better understanding and not to steal my work.

I manually browse and follow pointers until I find the right one. When I did, calculated offset between 2 values.
