Paraflier Posted September 20, 2012 Share Posted September 20, 2012 I have had troubles with this one too.... so I did a little digging, and discovered you can edit the save game file itself. let me get some screen shots pulled and i'll tell you what to do. Scroll all the way down. Waste plant level is how many levels will have power. Might as well make that 999. . Money is money. Premium are your credits. I have gone as high as 9999.
