My knowledge in RAM editing is very basic as I only used tools and never fully understood how they work. But isn't it possible to save location of the etire process of the game so values would always stay in the same place? I'd imagine it would require a sizable amount of a device's capacity, but is it possible?? I used to play with RAM eitors on the PSP and values always had the same place since they're on a hard copy of the game. When the PSP was hacked to run games off memory card, games were emulated with values persistent in their usual, fixed place. Could GG achieve a level of game emulation in a fixed place on the RAM so values stay the same? -
I know this is a long shot but can't someone inject the unencrypted properties file (from an older version) into the latest update after editing it to grant more gems on each obstacle removal? I'm not a programmer but I tried to do so and it won't install for an unknown reason.

I've only seen a video of this and I admit this sounds as a reasonable response. I've also once seen an other video where one changed "what you take/spend" of resources (spend or gain money/elixer/dark elixer from the mine and elixer thingy). It was done the same way by editing the resource parameter in the"buildings" file but it, too, is encrypted now. Strangely, the game didn't refresh in that video and all was going well. If somebody could do that again, maybe it's possible to change the parameter to gems and see what happens??? Or even use it as it is!

Simple editing of the plist files would suffice as it worked before. The problem now is that they encrypted those files and are no longer showing comprehensible entries. Editing achievements to give more gems, for example, or even buildings to cost less. Awesome if somebody could reproduce that!
