What does option 4 do exactly?

Only work on games with 2nd pid attached to process?  I'm seeing more games have detection without another pid active...  Hoping this option 4 is going to be the trick.

For any games. Count of processes does not matter.

It even work with games without trace protection. For example process died if any ptrace attach found. For this need second process. but no mark '#' or '!' here.

Nice, usually before activate the hack, I must did run bypass method in game logo loading screen to avoid hang/not responding while searching the value, also it will cause the game crash.

No need bypass for ptrace anymore.
