Preferably a mythril/gems hack/mod would be lovely or, if nothing else, infinite stamina would be amazing. Waiting to be able to grind kinda kills a final fantasy game. BTW @ original poster, there is a little trick you can do to help in battles, if you are trying to champion a room and you keep getting cheap shorted, just close the app before the battle ends then come back. It will restart that battle with new randomly generated ATB bars, so if all your people are going last you can just quit out and hopefully go first. That's how I champion the Sunday exp dungeons.
