Steps:

Open both game and GameGuardian.

Open achievement progress window.

Search value appeared on achievement progress ex: sapphire

Get more sapphire and search for new value.

Change to max value that appear on achievement window. (0/xx the xx value)

Go to main window and back to achievement window and there you can take the diamond.

Nb. Every time u change the max value for each trophy, you have to redo the search for next trophy tier address.
