I have VIP+ but I don't know how to access things

So basically I have brought a 3 month subscription of VIP+, but i don't know how to access all of the things that you get when you gain vip? Also can you use the GGplus app on Eternity Warriors 3? Thanks

Everything in VIP is in the VIP+ section of the forum and the VIP+ download section in the forums. That's all there is right now :/
